  • Brady Berg
    General Manager

    Brady joined Mills in October 2017 as a sales assistant, then was promoted to sales consultant in March 2018 and General Manager in April 2021. He previously worked at Cash Wise Liquor in St. Cloud, and Mills Fleet Farm in Baxter. Brady lives on Big Kandiyohi Lake.  He is originally from Clements in southwestern Minnesota and a graduate of neighboring Springfield High School. He is also a graduate of Central Lakes College, Brainerd, with a degree in accounting. Outside of work, Brady enjoys fishing and golf.

  • Brady Sladek
    Dealerships Group General Manager

    Brady joined the Mills Ford Sales team in September 2003. He was previously with the Mills GM Detail Department since September 1999. Brady grew up in the Brainerd Lakes Area, and he is a graduate of the College of St. Scholastica. When he's not working Brady enjoys biking and spending time with his friends.

  • Scott Hubert
    Finance Director

    Scott worked as an automotive Internet/Lease End Manager in the Twin Cities before joining Mills GM in 2015 as Business Manager. He was promoted to General Manager at Mills GM in 2016 before beginning his current position as Finance Director in 2017. Scott moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area in 2007 and worked for Bar Harbor in Lakeshore and was West Coast Territory Manager for Atomic Learning in Little Falls before joining Mills Automotive Group. He was born in Willmar and grew up in Chanhassen, graduating from Chaska High School in 1992 and earned a degree in Computer Network Administration from Central Lakes College in 2012. Scott currently lives in Brainerd with his fiancé, Veronica, and their two children, Ethan and Hailey. Outside of work, he plays basketball, guitar and piano. Scott also enjoys coaching youth basketball / baseball and loves volunteering in the community.

  • Thomas Rollings
    Used Vehicle Sales Manager

    Thomas joined the Mills team in February 2022, bringing along his extensive automotive experience that began in 1984 with years working as a used vehicle sales manager, general manager and finance manager, most recently working with a focus on buying and selling wholesale vehicles.  In addition to his automotive background, Thomas has also spent some time working in land development and enjoys being active in charitable organizations.  Thomas grew up in the Orono / Long Lake area, attending and graduating from Orono High School before going on to study at the University of Minnesota and College of St. Thomas.  He currently lives in Prior Lake and when he's not working, he enjoys travelling and/or spending time with family, including his kids Matt, Margaret and Henry and the family pet Mitzie.

  • Lori Jaques
    Finance Manager

    Lori joined the Mills team in March 2022.  She grew up in Cottage Grove MN and after graduating from Park High School went on to obtain an associate's degree as a Dental Technician and spent about 10 years in that industry.  From there, she moved into what has developed into a career of "all things finance", working in debt collection, credit repair, insurance.  Her most relevant and recent experience coming from the past 15 years in  mortgage.  "Whilst evaluating my life experience and career skills, I decided my "tool box" contained suitable skills and experience that would transfer nicely into the auto industry" she said.  Lori lives in Spicer with her dog Lita and her cat Mister.  She has 3 adult boys; 2 married and 1 with 2 boys.  "I absolutely love spending time doing all kinds of activities with my little men in training", she said with a smile.  When she's not working or spending time with family, Lori enjoys getting outdoors.  In addition, she says;  "Although I am not one to get excited about fishing, I do enjoy an afternoon in the sun on the lake.  I also like to take short trips on my Harley and get lost for a day or two."

  • Alroy Mahlum
    Sales and Leasing Consultant

    With an automotive sales career that started in 1987, Alroy joined Mills in 2012 after working in Olivia, Granite Falls and Montevideo. He has two daughters, Sofia, and Julie. Originally from Sacred Heart, Alroy is a graduate of Renville-Sacred Heart High School and was a student in sales/marketing at Granite Falls Technical College. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, family outings and horses.

  • Matt Olson
    Service Advisor

    Matt joined the Mills team in early 2022, bringing his 20+ years of customer service experience to his first official endeavor working within the automotive industry.  "I'm looking forward to providing the best experience for our guests," he said.  Previously Matt owned and operated an alarm company for nearly 10 years.  Originally from Sacramento, California, Matt grew up in Texas and California, attending Yolo High School in West Sacramento.  Currently living in Willmar, Matt's family includes his wife Brittani, daughters Reagan and Ripley, a dog named Lyla and a cat named Bruno.  When he's not working, Matt enjoys "spending time with my family, working on go-karts and mini bikes, fishing, disc golf, boating and snowmobiling," he said.
